COVID-19 Update: Numbers Inch Up
HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health on Thursday confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., June 25, that there are 579 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 83,770. There are 6,557 total deaths attributed to COVID-19, an increase of 39 new deaths.
Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up one at 74; Centre County, up one to 197; and Lycoming County, up one to 176. Other area counties include Cameron, 2; Clearfield, 71; Potter, 14; and Union, 89.
The number of Clinton County residents who tested negative for the coronavirus was 1,265, an increase of 11 tested over the previous day.
