Woodlands Bank Opens First Clinton Office
LOCK HAVEN – Woodlands Bank, a Lycoming County-based financial institution since its inception in 1990, now has its first Clinton County office.
The new bank at the intersection of Jay and E. Church Streets in downtown Lock Haven, opened its doors for the first time on Monday of this week, a “soft” opening preparatory to a grand opening scheduled for Aug. 22.
Woodlands President and CEO Jon Conklin said the bank had developed business with Clinton County interests over the years and had been actively looking for a Lock Haven area site in recent years; the bank found it, he said, when the property at the base of Paul Mack Boulevard became available.
Conklin, a Clinton County native and Lock Haven resident, said there is a significant local tie-in with the bank, including another Lock Haven native, trust officer/investment manager David Bartges.
Jessica Bennett is the Lock Haven officer manager, Amy Cunningham the assistant manager. Hours of operation will be the same as Woodlands’ seven Lycoming County offices: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until noon.
