Mid-State COVID-19 Cases: Clinton to 48, Centre to 136, Lyco Stays at 152

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Thursday update, confirmed as of 12:00 p.m., May 21, that there are an additional 980 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 65,392. The department also reported a new death total of 4,869, an increase of 102 from Wednesday.

Clinton County cases moved up three to 48, Centre County up three to 136 and Lycoming County stayed at 152. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 33; Cameron, 2; Potter, 4; and Union, up five to 61.

There are 303,514 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 463 in Clinton County.
