Mid-State COVID-19 Cases: Clinton Stays at 45, Centre to 133, Lyco to 152

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Wednesday update, confirmed as of 12 p.m., May 20, that there are an additional 746 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 64,412. The department also reported a new death total of 4,767, an increase of 143 from Tuesday. The numbers were not reported until Wednesday evening, no explanation given.

Clinton County cases held at 45, Centre County up one to 133 and Lycoming County up three to 152. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 33; Cameron, 2; Potter, 4; and Union, up six to 56.

There are 293.244 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 453 in Clinton County.
