Mid-State COVID-19 Cases: Clinton Stays at 43, Centre to 129; Lyco to 141
HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Friday update, confirmed as of 12 p.m., May 15, that there are an additional 986 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 60,622. The department also reported a new death total of 4,342, an increase of 124 from Thursday.
Clinton County cases stayed at 43 and Centre County increased one to 129; Lycoming moved up two to 141. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 33; Cameron, 2; Potter, 4; and Union, at 44.
There are 259,210 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 396 in Clinton County.
