Inching Up: Clinton COVID-19 Cases to 29; Centre County to 93; Lyco to 58
HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, in its Tuesday update, confirmed as of 12 p.m., April 28, that there are an additional 1,214 positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 43,264. The department also reported a new death total of 1,716, an increase of 119 from Monday.
Clinton County cases moved up four to 29, Lycoming moved up one to 58 and Centre County moved up six to 93. Other counties adjoining Clinton: Clearfield, 11; Cameron, 1; Potter, 4; and Union, at 33, all unchanged from Monday, except for Union, up two.
There are 168,824 people who have tested negative statewide to date. That number is 206 in Clinton County.
