Deloras M. Zeek – Obituary
Deloras M. Zeek, 84, formerly of Mill Hall, passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 at Susque View Home.
Born in Mill Hall on November 7, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Edna Shay Freeze.
Deloras attended Bald Eagle Nittany High School.
She married Raymond McKeague who preceded her in death. Deloras then married John Zeek who also preceded her in death.
Deloras worked for Keystone Central School District before being employed at and retiring from Woolrich Woolen Mills.
She was an actively involved member of the First Church of Christ, Mill Hall.
Deloras volunteered for the American Cancer Society as well as More than Bread.
She received the Benjamin Rush Award.
Surviving are two sons, Alvin (Rebekah) McKeague of Lock Haven and William (Janice) McKeague of Plains; and a grandson, Dr. Matthew McKeague of Hollywood, CA.
In addition to her husbands, Deloras was preceded in death by a son, John McKeague; a brother, Roland Shay; and a sister, Patricia Waltz.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
