“Tim Horner has announced he is seeking re-election to another term in the May Primary as Supervisor for Chapman Township. Mr. Horner, a registered Republican, serves as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. Mr. Horner also serves as Chairman of Chapman Township Planning Commission, Chairman of the Western Clinton County Council of Governments, Vice President and Chairman of the Operating Committee of Renovo Community Trade Association, Trustee, Fire Police Captain Chapman Township Fire Co. President of Chapman Fire Company Firemen’s Relief Association, Director Renovo Area Heritage Park, Chairman of Clinton County Revolving Loan Fund, Member Clinton County Enterprise Zone Loan Fund, Past President (2 terms) Clinton County Association of Township Supervisors, Past President (2 terms) Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors, Past President (2 terms) Pennsylvania Local Government Investment Trust, 13 years Penn Dot L-Tap Advisory Committee, Local Registrar of Vital Statistics, Graduate of Pennsylvania Leadership Institute, Member Elks Lodge 334, Life Member NRA.
