“Tim Horner has announced he is seeking re-election to another term in the May Primary as Supervisor for Chapman Township. Mr. Horner, a registered Republican, serves as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. Mr. Horner also serves as Chairman of Chapman Township Planning Commission, Chairman of the Western Clinton County Council of Governments, Vice President and Chairman of the Operating Committee of Renovo Community Trade Association, Trustee, Fire Police Captain Chapman Township Fire Co.
