Bucktail Boys Recognize Seniors

FARWELL – The Bucktail boys basketball program said goodbye to its four seniors prior to the Buck game against Muncy on Wednesday. Players recognized were Gavin Becker, Richard Perry, Alex Intallura and Trevor Burrows.

While the Bucks fell to the Indians by a 67-40 score, the team learned it will be participating in the District 4 Class A playoffs beginning next week. Most recent rankings indicate the Bucks (6-13) will be seeded number six and draw number three seed North Penn-Liberty (13-8), the game expected next Tuesday at North Penn. Final postseason pairings are to be finalized this weekend.

Buctail is to visit Millville (19-1) this Friday and host Sullivan County (11-10) in its final regular season game Saturday afternoon at Florey Gymnasium.
