RIZE! at River on Sunday
LOCK HAVEN- This Sunday, Aug. 26 RIZE will present an evening concert on the floating stage at the J. Doyle Corman Amphitheater beginning at 6:30 p.m. The concert was arranged through Woodward Township supervisor chairman Kyle Coleman and the township recreation committee.
Gary Lynn, Greg “Wiley” Weigle, Paul Chapman, Kevin VanAmburg, and Steve Hauser will end the City’s Summer Concert Series with their heart pumping 70s and 80s Stadium Band Style. Round up your friends and get ready to sing and dance the night away to all of the tracks you know and love from the 70s & 80s and Rock with RIZE!
The township thanked the concert sponsors for their support: Dutch Haven Restaurant, Walker Funeral Home and Moriarty Funeral Home and Crematory, Clinton County Economic Partnership, Woodlands Bank, Woodward Township Recreation Committee, Central Pennsylvania Auto Auction, Coleman Landscaping, Puff ‘N Snuff, Bill’s Happy Camper, Woodward Automotive, The Old Corner, Miller Brothers Auto Sales, The Record and therecord-online, The Express, 92.1 WSQV.
(Editor’s Note: An earlier story submitted by the City of Lock Haven had identified the concert as part of the city’s summer concert series; it is not. The City and Woodward Township have cooperated this summer, as when high water caused the removal of the floating stage and two Sunday concerts were relocated to the township’s Riverview Park).
