Big Willy Heads to Elks
LOCK HAVEN – City Hall announced Friday afternoon that Friday evening’s Big Willy concert at Triangle Park will be relocated to the Elks Club on E. Main Street, the relocation due to the rainfall. Concert time will be 6 p.m.
