County Farmers Market Up and Running
MACKEYVILLE – The Clinton County Flea and Farmers Market is open for the new season each Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The market at the Clinton County Fairgrounds opened last Tuesday and will continue through mid-September, the lone exception county fair week in August.
The market features local farmers with plants, produce, home-made food, jewelry, dairy products and flea market items. Mammy’s Donuts from Rebersburg is back for a second year and this year is preparing their donuts on-site from scratch.
This is the seventh year for the market, according to County Fair spokesperson Ruth Euote; she said additional vendors are welcome and can find out more by calling her at 570-660-1231 or by email at reoute@comcast.net.
