LOCK HAVEN — The new owner of a 4-story property at 101 E. Main Street is overseeing extensive renovations to the building’s first floor. Josh Grimes, adjacent to the ladder, said he is stripping the structure’s first floor to its original brick walls, among other improvements. Grimes told “therecord-online” he has no prospective tenants at this time but said it would make a good fit for, among others, an outfitter type of business. The Grimes property is at the northeast corner of Main and Vesper Streets. Several other downtown storefronts have seen new tenants in recent weeks.
