Stewart is Kearney Hero for 2013

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Gary Stewart formerly of South Renovo was recognized as the 2013 Kearney Hero for his efforts on an Army Audit Readiness engagement. The Kearney Hero Award is given to an individual who has regularly gone above and beyond the call of duty as a Kearney & Company employee. He consistently takes initiative and demonstrates commitment to Kearney’s company objectives – a hero is someone who faces challenges with courage, resolution, and ethical beliefs. The Kearney Heroes Award honors those who have taken the Kearney mission of being a “Best Place to Work” to heart and strive to embody what it means to be an outstanding member of the Kearney family. Gary Stewart is a Senior Accountant with Kearney & Company located in Alexandria, Virginia. Gary has three years of professional experience in financial statement auditing, financial management and analysis, Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR), and business process improvement in the Federal Government. Gary is the son of Deborah and Gary Stewart Sr., both from South Renovo.
