Engagement – Mincer/Parker

Angel M. Mincer,18 and Devyn J. Parker, 21 of Renovo, PA are happy to announce their engagement.

They have been together for three years and he thought that July 16, 2023 was perfect to ask her to marry him. He chose the 16th as a way to incorporate her grandfather that he never got to meet, on his birthday

They met on September 4, 2019 and started dating on October 12, 2019.

Angel and Devyn have no children. Angel Graduated from Bucktail Area Middle/High School in 2023 and is planning to go to LHU for early childhood education. Devyn completed High School at Central Mountain High School and plans to go to a trade school to become an electrician like his father Matthew W. Parker who had passed July 11,2022.
