Kirk B. Johnson, Jr. – Obituary
Kirk B. Johnson, Jr., 55, of 165 Bald Eagle Forest Road, Blanchard, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Born on December 28, 1958 in Howard, he was the son of Kirk B. (Judy) Johnson, Sr. who survives in Marsh Creek and the late Julia White Johnson.
Kirk was a graduate of Edinboro University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts.
He worked as a project coordinator for Brodart.
Kirk was married to the love of his life, the former Evelyn Morrissey who survives in Blanchard.
He enjoyed attending auctions and yard sales. Kirk was also passionate about woodworking.
Kirk loved being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
In addition to his wife, Evelyn, and father, Kirk (Judy), Sr., he is survived by two step-daughters: Katie (James) VanAmburg of Centre Hall and Melissa (Ron) Krotine of Avis; four grandchildren: Emma, Ava, Evin, and Elijah; two brothers: Mark (Melissa) Johnson and Kenneth Johnson; two sisters: Brenda Johnson and Marsha (Matt) Winslow; seven nephews; one niece; and his dog, Lola.
Following Kirk’s request, there will be no services. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Moriarty Funeral Home & Crematory, 112 East Church Street, Lock Haven.
