Please Be Safe with Fire This Spring

State foresters are asking the public to be especially vigilant with any burning out-of-doors this spring. Field and woodland fires are already cropping up in Clinton County, including this Saturday afternoon farm field fire near a number of residences west of Salona, on the west side of the Route 220 connector road between Mill Hall and the Lock Haven Exit of Interstate 80. Firemen from a number of area companies contained the fire.
