Renovo Rotary Club Students of The Month

RENOVO – Hanna Bowes and Tyler Riggle were recently awarded Ninth Grade Students of the Month at the Rotary Club Meeting held on February 17.

Hanna is the daughter of Pat & Pam Bowes. Her favorite classes at Bucktail Area High School are Spanish and English. She attends gymnastic classes at the Lock Haven YMCA. Hanna is on the A-team and takes lyrical tap, jazz and hip-hop classes at Rachel’s Dance Unlimited. She is an active member of Bucktail Student Council and is in the Ski Club. Future plans for Hanna are to attend college to be an orthodontist.

Tyler is the son of Joe & Joni Riggle and a honor student at Bucktail Area High School. He plays JV and Varsity Basketball. During his year on Student Council he helped with adopt a highway project. He was part of the group who placed flags on Veterans’ graves and also helped with Chapman Fire Hall’s Annual Halloween Party. He likes to ski and plans on attending college following graduation.
