NORTH BEND On Saturday, August 1 Chapman Township will host a Community Picnic. The event is FREE and everyone is welcome. The hamburgers and hot dogs are courtesy of the Board of Supervisors, all other dishes are POT LUCK! Please bring something to share.

Wild Wings Homestead is providing horse rides for the kids. There will be face painting and games for all ages, plus a Bounce House, Smokey the Bear, and classic car display.
Entertainment schedule is:

10 a.m. Drocton Hill Band

10 a.m .-12 p.m. Tours of Red Hill Fossil Display

11 a.m. Clyde Peeling’s Reptiland

12 p.m Bud & the Dynamics

12 p.m. Dinosaur Egg Hunt for the kids

2 p.m. 7th Street Praise Band
