LHU Swimming lands four on 2024-25 CSC Academic All-District Team

LOCK HAVEN– Four student-athlete standouts from the Lock Haven women’s swimming team were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Nora Craig (3.82, Health & Physical Education), Makenzie Eades (3.80, Health Sciences), Sydney Houck (4.00 Health Sciences), Emma Pequignot (3.62, Health & Physical Education) were named CSC All-District student-athletes for their achievements in the pool and inside the classroom during the 2024-25 season.

To be eligible for the award, the student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and compete in five competitions OR finish top-eight at a conference meet.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women’s Swimming Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
