Obituary – Thomas Anderson Worrell

Thomas Anderson Worrell of Camp Hill, PA passed away June 10, 2021. He was born at Fort Riley, KS on September 22, 1949. He was the son of the late Retired Lt. Col. Thomas A. Worrell and Emma Lee Anderson Worrell.

Thomas was married to the former Suzanne Martin. Thomas proudly did two tours of Vietnam. Tom had been employed by the federal government at the time of his death with forty-five years of service. He is also survived by his brother; Preston A. Worrell of New Cumberland, PA his sister; Cynthia Lee Catherman of Harrisburg, PA and his niece; Blake Elena Cutshall of Hummelstown, PA.

Thomas will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery near his parents’ final resting place. Tom’s final resting place will be in the Columbarium, in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington VA, with full military service on March 6, 2025, at 1:00 pm. Officiating will be Chaplain Timothy Stokes.

Tom’s wife, Suzanne Worrell will be accompanied to Arlington National Cemetery with her nephews, Retired Col. Darryl A. Martin and Retired Lt. Col. David A. Martin.

Family and friends that are planning to attend the memorial service must arrive 45 minutes before the service at the main entrance of Arlington National Cemetery with proper identification.
