Obituary – Shawn M. Shinn
Shawn M. Shinn, 38, of Renovo passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024 at his residence.
Born November 26, 1986 in Lock Haven a son of Larry E. and Mary M. (Intallura) Shinn.
Shawn was currently employed as a technician at First Quality in Lock Haven. He was a 2005 Graduate of Bucktail High School where he played football and baseball.
Shawn enjoyed hanging out with his family and especially his friends Rusty Williams and Jason Schoonover and their families.
Shawn was an avid Penn State and Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed online gaming, camping and was known as the “griddle master”. He adored his pet dog “Spunk”.
Surviving are his parents of Renovo a sister, Samantha (Luke) Linberg of S. Renovo and two nephews Luke and Josh.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth St., Renovo, with Martha Sykes officiating.
Friends and relatives will be received one-hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Interment will be private at a later date in North Bend Cemetery.
