LOCK HAVEN — Eligible kids and teens can choose a pair of free new boots at the Lock Haven Area Shoe Bank, inside Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St.

Saturday, Nov. 9 is just for boots. This special day is for families who have been to the Shoe Bank in August, September or October and aren’t eligible to come back for shoes just yet.
Saturday, Nov. 23 is for both boots and shoes. It’s ideal for new families and those who haven’t been in recently.

Kids and youth up to age 18, or in high school, are eligible if they have Compass and live anywhere in Clinton County or the Liberty-Curtin School area.

Appointments are required. Diahann will soon start to schedule for Nov. 9. Call or text her at 814-571-5324 any weeknight from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

If you are coming on Nov. 23, please contact her later in the month.

Be sure to let her know if you have to cancel, as she does keep a waiting list.

Funding for the Shoe Bank is provided by the Clinton County Community Foundation, an M&T Bank Charitable Foundation grant, civic groups, churches, and individual donors.
