LHU Women’s Soccer Program receives team academic award for the 2023-24 season

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Lock Haven women’s soccer team was recently recognized by the United Soccer Coaches for their excellence in the classroom with the 2023-24 Team Academic Award.

The Bald Eagles secured a 3.37 team grade point average during the 2023-24 academic year to land on the prestigious list.

To be eligible for the prestigious honor a team must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

A total of 463 soccer teams (190 men, 273 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2023-24 academic year. Of that total, 114 schools had both their men’s and women’s programs recognized.
