Community Foundation Announces Annual Scholarship Recipients
CLINTON COUNTY- The affordability of a college, university or trade-school education after high school can be daunting – as many young people and parents know.
The Clinton County Community Foundation manages endowed scholarships created by gifts made by individuals, families and organizations.
The gifts are invested to provide sustainable income to award scholarships yearly to eligible students.
Scholarships are awarded based on student’s work ethic, academic performance, community involvement, extra-curricular activities and more.
Eligibility varies by scholarship.
A committee of teachers and guidance counselors typically choose recipients.
