Coco’s Beauty Loft: A One-Stop Shop for Everything From Brows and Lashes to Facials and Waxing Provided By Beauty Expert Chloe Evenden

DUNNSTOWN – Coco’s Beauty Loft owner Chloe Evenden, a master esthetician and licensed cosmetologist, will celebrate the one-year anniversary of being open for business at 220 Woodward Avenue in May. The same month also marks Chloe’s 13th year as an esthetician. Before opening her Beauty Loft, Chloe gained valuable experience working as a manager at a spa and salon in State College where she trained new estheticians.
Through her work and educational experiences, she gained confidence and a desire to further her career in the beauty industry, and that’s how Coco’s Beauty Loft was born. Chloe’s expertise, professionalism, and passion for the work she does have proven to be successful during her first year in business.
In celebration of its first anniversary, Coco’s Beauty Loft will be offering month-long promotions throughout the month of May, just in time for prom and wedding season.
With a wide range of services including facials, eyelash and brow treatments, and both facial and body waxing, Coco’s Beauty Loft is a one-stop shop for enhancing natural beauty. The Record had the opportunity to meet with Chloe to learn more about the services she provides at her beauty loft and why they are a must-try.
Chloe received a well-rounded education before her role as a salon and spa manager, having attended Empire Beauty School in Williamsport and then continuing her education at the Lancaster School of Cosmetology and Therapeutic Bodyworks. To become a Master Esthetician, Chloe completed additional training that taught her in-depth about the science of skin, how to do a skin analysis, specialized waxing techniques, state laws and regulations, business fundamentals of the trade, and much more.
Coco’s Beauty Loft has the distinction of maintaining a 5-star review on multiple online platforms including Google, Facebook, and the business’s website over the last year. When asked about her success and what she attributes to it, Chloe says that she believes creating a private and comfortable experience for her clients as well as showing her genuine care and passion for her work contributed to such positive feedback.
Chloe is a Master Esthetician and licensed cosmetologist with over 12 years of experience. She specializes in full-body and facial waxing, as well as professional skincare. She also specializes in lash lifts and tints as well as eyebrow tinting and lamination; services that are taking the beauty industry by storm.

Professional brow services have made big waves in the beauty industry in recent years, and Chloe underscored the reasoning behind this: “Brows are an important part of a person’s overall look because they frame the face and bring out the eyes,”. Two of the brow services she offers to help clients achieve their desired look are Brow Tinting and Brow Lamination. These services have become extremely popular because there’s little to no need to apply cosmetic products every day once you’ve had them done, and the results last for several weeks before needing maintenance.
Brow Lamination is a brow hair treatment that softens the hair follicle to reshape and set the hairs into a more refined, smoothed, and full appearance. “You could think of it like a straightening perm for your brows; brow lamination is perfect for fixing wiry or coarse brows that don’t lay right,” Chloe explained.
Even more popular is Brow Tinting, a customized service that adds natural-looking color to the eyebrows, creating a more defined look. “A Brow Tint helps to even out your brow color, so if you have really light brows or if you have grey strands coming through, patchiness, or discoloration, it helps to fill and define them more,” Chloe explained. The results last 4-6 weeks and can be combined with a brow wax for the perfect brow makeover.
Although it’s easy to assume that a customized service requiring intricate, detailed work would occupy a large portion of your day, that’s not the case at Coco’s Beauty Loft; “A Brow Tint, Lamination, and wax all together typically takes me 50 minutes up to an hour,” Chloe said.
Moving on to lash services, Chloe offers Lash Lift and Lash Tinting services, both of which are services that have become highly sought after because the results speak for themselves. “A Lash Lift helps to add an upward direction to your lashes and it also adds a nice curl to the lashes, so it’s great for people who have lashes that grow straight out or that grow downward,” she explained. The results are immediate and typically last for six to eight weeks, eliminating the need to curl unruly lashes or apply mascara as part of a daily makeup routine.
Lash Tinting services are a popular choice amongst many of Chloe’s clients. Similar to a brow tint, this service makes the eyelashes more prominent by making them darker and more visible. Lash Tints gained popularity because the service eliminates the need to apply multiple coats of mascara, or apply any at all. “I offer black, brown-black, and blue-black lash tints. Even clients with short lashes that aren’t long enough for a lash lift can see a world of difference with a Lash Tint service. It also makes applying mascara a lot easier for clients who still choose to wear it after their lash tint, and the combination gives a finish that looks more cohesive,” Chloe explained. Lash Tints typically last for 4-6 weeks, and Chloe offers package deals for these services, which are listed in-depth on her website. Chloe completes a lash lift and tint together in just one hour.
Coco’s Beauty Loft also offers a wide range of waxing services for both the face and body. Chloe is a hard wax specialist, which means that she’s had to complete additional training to gain a well-rounded understanding of the product itself as well as the specialized techniques that are used when applying and removing it.
Hard wax is one of the most popular waxing mediums among estheticians because it provides a relatively pain-free hair removal service that not only minimizes the risk of skin irritation but also keeps the skin hair-free for a longer period of time. “Hard wax provides a better experience for clients in terms of hair removal,” Chloe explained. “It has a lower melting point, so it doesn’t have to be kept as hot as other waxes and that aspect makes it a great option for people who are heat sensitive.”
At Coco’s Beauty Loft, Chloe only uses high-quality, hypoallergenic, vegan wax that is gentle on the skin. It also offers the ideal post-wax experience; most of her clients say they see no hair regrowth for up to two weeks after their waxing service.
Because of the knowledge and level of experience Chloe has under her belt, clients can rest assured that they’re in good hands. Her Beauty Loft offers a private and professional space for waxing and she takes extra steps to pamper her client’s skin before and after a wax service with the use of top-notch serums and creams that provide a comfortable experience with the best results. Chloe also prioritizes after-care pampering, taking the time to select skin products that are tailored to each client’s individual needs.
As for facial services offered at Coco’s Beauty Loft, Chloe mentioned that one of the most requested is the “Coco’s Signature Facial”, which is fully customized for the client’s skin type. She designed this facial service to give clients a relaxing experience by incorporating steam, deep cleansing, products suitable for the client’s skincare needs, double exfoliation, a sinus drainage massage, and other massage techniques that are used throughout the service. The “Coco’s Signature Facial” is one of several choices on Chloe’s service menu, but another highly requested facial is the “Nano Fusion Facial”, which targets specific skin concerns for immediate, long-lasting results in many cases.
The line of skin care products that Chloe uses are from a company called “A.N.D.”, which stands for “A Natural Difference”. “I did a lot of research when I was choosing a company for skincare products because it’s important to me that I use the best quality products on my clients. A.N.D. products are manufactured in the U.S., and they’re safety tested to the EU standards,” Chloe shared. “The company really focuses on formulating their products with natural ingredients while also ensuring that they are effective.”
