By Bees O’Brien

CLYMER, PA- Central Mountain was well aware of just how good 2A Penns Manor was and the Lady Comets lived up to the hype by knocking the Lady Wildcats from the ranks of the undefeated.

Penns Manor’s 19-8 first quarter advantage, followed by a 17-7 second quarter helped the hosts build up a 35-15 halftime lead. The Lady Wildcats continued to have no answers for the barrage that Penns Manor kept bringing at them.

The Lady Comets would send the game into the mercy rule following a huge 16-4 third quarter advantage.
