Obituary- Steven Russell Bieber Jr.
Steven Russell Bieber Jr, 77 of South Williamsport entered his eternal life on October 5th 2023 at UPMC Williamsport. He was born on April 15, 1946 in Montgomery to the late Steven Sr. and Alberta Leech Bieber.
Steven married the love of his life, Nancy Hunt Bieber on September 3, 1971 where they shared 52 years of marriage and was known throughout South Williamsport for his love for “Nance” (Nancy).
Steven is survived by his sister, Carol Swartz; 3 children, Stephanie, Stacie and Steven III (Katarina). Steven was an incredible grandfather to 8 grandchildren; Courtney, Tiffaney, Zachary (Samantha), Hailey, Kambriana, Landynn and Porter.
Steven worked many years at Youngs Industries in Muncy until retirement and loved anything Penn State, Redskins, or the Phillies. Steven (Pop Pop) was known for attending sporting events and activities, always offering support and love.
Along with his parents Steven was preceded in death with his granddaughter Courtney Jarrett.
A visitation will be held at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Williamsport from 12:00-1:00 on Tuesday, October 10th with a funeral service at 1:00. A burial will follow at Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Steven’s name can be made to Penn State THON in memory of Courtney Jarrett @ donate.thon.org
