Geisinger’s Lock Haven Women’s Health Clinic to Relocate to Geisinger Flemington Facility

LOCK HAVEN – For the convenience of patients, Geisinger’s Women’s Health clinic in Lock Haven will relocate to Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital’s Tiadaghton Health Center, 0.2 miles away at 529 High Street, Suite 2, in Flemington effective Monday, April 23.

Patients previously scheduled for appointments dated after April 23 will be seen at the new location.

“This move is to provide our patients more convenience when it comes to their medical care,” said Carol Knouse, operations manager, Geisinger Women’s Health.

All patient medical records will stay within Geisinger’s system including any current treatments, medications and therapies.
