Lock Haven woman charged with reckless endangerment in Camelot Estates toddler incident
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – A Lock Haven woman is incarcerated after state police responded to a Friday report of an unattended nude juvenile at Pellinore Drive/Lionel Lane at Camelot Estates in Bald Eagle Township.
Witnesses told police a 3-year-old boy, nude and unattended, was observed about a tenth of a mile from his residence and walked back home but contact could not be made with the mother. Police said the juvenile attempted to leave the residence and walk down the street another seven times over a period of 30 minutes, stopped by the witness.
Police said they were able to make contact with the mother at the residence; she was identified as Davina Solt, 28, from Lock Haven. She was taken into custody and transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility pending preliminary arraignment, to be charged with reckless endangerment.
