Overnight Sunday fire destroys East End out-building

LAMAR TOWNSHIP, PA – A pre-dawn Sunday morning fire destroyed an out-building at an Amish farm off the Stover Crossroads in the East End of Nittany Valley. Lamar Township firemen and multiple area companies responded to the alarm.

The building was gutted but a nearby barn escaped the flames.

Fire officials were not immediately available as to the fire’s cause.
