Phoenix falls to Raiders

LOGANTON, PA – The Sugar Valley Phoenix ran into a buzz-saw Thursday night, falling to the state-ranked Montgomery Raiders by a 75-0 score.

The Phoenix wrestled hard but came up short against a very experienced Montgomery team. Sugar Valley (1-1) will be back in action next week against Meadowbrook Christian at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 21, followed by a pre-Christmas break dual against South Williamsport on Thursday, Dec. 23. .
