Shik edges Central Mountain booters, 2-1

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – The Central Mountain boys’ soccer team lost another close game to another solid District 4 program Thursday night, edged by visiting Shikellamy by a 2-1 score.

The team played well but fell just short of pulling it out. Head Coach Billy Hook said Caden Malek scored what he called “a fantastic goal” with a finish in the side netting. Goal keeper Clay Confer finished with nine saves.

The Wildcats, now 1-3, will be at Montoursville Saturday, match time 11 a.m.
