LHU athletics announces spectator policy

LOCK HAVEN, PA – The Lock Haven University department of athletics has announced its spectator policy for the fall 2021 season. As the Bald Eagles are set to officially return to fall competition Thursday, fans are welcome to attend all events hosted by LHU.

For outdoor venues, face coverings are not required, but LHU encourages social distancing.

In conjunction with full and current LHU policy, face coverings are required indoors on campus. On August 13, LHU instituted an updated indoor masking mandate for the entire campus which included all athletic facilities.

The updated campus policy requires all students, staff, coaches, officials and spectators to wear proper face coverings indoors. The practice will stand regardless of a person’s vaccination status.

Athletes will not be required to wear masks during competition.
