Renovo Little League begins new season

RENOVO, PA – Renovo’s Little League, baseball and softball, heralded the new season with a Sunday parade through town, then a series of games at Memorial Park.

The parade was at 10 a.m., east on Erie Avenue to the fields in the borough’s east end. A full series of games was conducted throughout the day. League officials said they were well pleased with the turnout and thanked those who volunteered their time throughout the day.

The schedule for the rest of the first week of play:

Tuesday:

Field 1 -Service Garage vs. Blanchard

Field 2 Son’s Vs. Jersey Shore Girls softball

Field 3 T-Ball Red vs. Blue

Wednesday:

Field 2 – K and L vs. Woolrich

Thursday:

Field 1- Service Garage vs. Mill Hall; Field 3-T-Ball Green vs. Blue

All games starting at 5:45 p.m.
