WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – It should be a great fall day Saturday for the annual Clinton County SPCA and Blind Dog Rescue Alliance’s Pet Extravaganza and Vendor Fair.

The general public and their furry friends are invited to the Saturday, Oct. 3 event, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Riverview Park in Woodward Township.

An SPCA release announced details:

“We have some amazing, local food vendors including Kutza’s Kitchen, BA Sausage, JB’s Festie Foods, Cogan’s Concessions, My Best Friend’s Bakery, and Bloom Sum. We will have craft, nonprofit, pet-themed, and other fun vendors for you to check out! We will have our costume contest and games at 12 noon, a scavenger hunt, and a dog friendly craft activity. Blessing of the Pets is from 12 p.m to 2 p.m. There will also be Fall family photos, music, and raffle baskets! To be precautious during this event, we ask that those who attend please remember to be safe and practice social distancing. We hope you will come out to help us support these wonderful, local businesses and vendors! “

The non-profit organization said it is still accepting vendors. Please call (570) 748-4756 or email ccspcaoutreach@gmail.com.
