Junior Livestock Sale Committee Awards Scholarship

Clinton County Junior Livestock Sale Committee member Angie Harbaugh, left, recently presented Haili Frank, right, with the 2020-2021 scholarship award.

The Committee manages the annual auction of 4-H and FFA members’ livestock projects at the conclusion of the Clinton County Fair and uses a small percentage of each sale to support maintenance of the fairground’s livestock arenas and provide support to 4-H and FFA members who take advantage of higher education opportunities.
Haili Frank, daughter of Eric and Clinta Frank, is a 10-year member of the Clinton County Stockmen and Bowmasters 4-H clubs and SVRCS FFA where she has held many officer positions.

She received the Keystone Degree for her work with FFA, the highest recognition achievable. She has shown swine, lambs, goats, chickens and rabbits. Haili is the 2019 Clinton County Fair Queen and has been active in the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, and bowling team.

She is attending Delaware Valley University this fall, majoring in the Animal Science/Livestock Science and Management program.

Haili has modeled the 4-H motto, “To Make the Best Better,” and demonstrated leadership and hard work throughout her 4-H and FFA involvement. The Junior Livestock Sale Committee is proud to be able to help her pursue her higher education and career goals.
