Undefeated Wildcat Golf Captures Fifth Consecutive PHAC Crown

WILLIAMSPORT – The Wildcat golf team went on the road to the Williamsport Country Club to face Montoursville for their final round of the regular season, earning a 171-174 win over the Warriors to cap an undefeated season and their fifth consecutive Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference championship.

Gunner Redmond led the charge for the ‘Cats, turning in a round of 39 on the 9-hole par 36 course. Jason Floruss was next with 42, followed by Griffin Walizer with 46. Peyton Newlen and Gardner Fravel had 45 each while Brayden Confair had 50.

Now Central Mountain will take their 8-0 record into the post season on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020 at Sinking Valley Country Club for the Dist. 6 Sectional round.
