Lucille Ann (English) Trimble – Obituary
Lucille Ann (English) Trimble of Bitumen passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at her residence. She celebrated her 86th birthday on April the 25th, surrounded by the love of her family and life partner, Norman H. Macafee, Jr.
Born in 1934 in North Springfield, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Clarence B. and Tinnie M. (Case) English. She attended Union High School in Girard, PA, and later earned a Nurse’s Aide Certification.
Lucille held several jobs throughout her life including, Mark’s Toy Store in Erie, Bobbie Brooks, Community Nursing, and the sewing factory in Woolrich and Jersey Shore. She loved her garden and hummingbirds.
She dedicated her life to her family and loved spending time with them. In addition to life partner, Norman, she is survived by five sons and seven daughters, William McDonald of Renovo, Tina (Arthur) Crozier of Sevierville, TN, Catherine (Michael) Tyger of East Renovo, John “Butch” McDonald of East Renovo, Barbara McDonald of Lock Haven, Trudy McDonald of Clearfield, Patricia (Edward ) Holtzapple of North Bend, Robert McDonald of North Bend, Ellis “Jake” McDonald of Woolrich, Cindy (Brian) Neff of Mill Hall, Joseph McDonald of Clearfield, and Lora McDonald of McElhattan; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; two brothers, Allen “George” (Barb) English, and Thomas (Mary) English; and her dog, Teddy.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Trimble; and three brothers, Donald, Alfred and Clarence English.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Maxwell Funeral Home, in Renovo has charge of arrangements.
