Richard E. Moore – Obituary

Richard E. Moore, 80, of Union City, formerly of Renovo, PA, passed away, Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Sarah Reed Senior Center in Erie, PA. He was born on April 11, 1939, in Renovo, PA, son of the late James A. and Daisy V. Emery Moore.
Richard enjoyed playing euchre, hunting, fishing, staying at camp and helping at his friend Phil’s tackle shop. He loved his family and spending time with them. Richard was sweet and had a big heart. He was loved beyond words and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his daughter Kelly Jo Adams and her husband Mike of Union City; son Rick Moore and his wife Karen of Afton, VA; grandchildren, Judy and Tyler Adams of Union City and Colin, Shannon and Aiden Moore of Afton, VA; two sisters, Grace Gemballa of New Kennsington, PA and Carol Tripp of Renovo, PA; two brothers, David Moore of Renovo, PA and James Moore of Emporium, PA; seven nieces, Heather (Mark) Wertz; Lori (Gene) Shields; Cindy Joint; Bunch (Greg) Joint; Charlene Joint; Kim Moate and Joanna Mason; twelve nephews, Jesse Moore, Joe (Missy) Gemballa; Jim (Michelle) Joint; Donnie Joint; John (Kim) Joint; Jeff (Sharon) Moore; Kevin (Sue) Tripp; Keith (Dana) Tripp; Jim Moore; Tim Moore; Scott Moore and Ronnie Moore; also eleven great nieces and fifteen great nephews;

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his sister Marianne Joint; brother-in-law Joe Gemballa and his former wife Judith Lee Mongomery.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc, 62 S. Main Street, Union City, PA 16438.
