Selinsgrove Hands 8-0 Loss to Lady ‘Cats

SELINSGROVE – It was a long and tough outing for the Lady Wildcat girls’ soccer team, falling to Selinsgrove, 8-0 in PHAC action.

The Lady Seals collected 3 goals in the first period, then turned up the heat for 5 more scores in the second period for the runaway win.

In-all, Selinsgrove, racked up 14 shots on goal and 7 corner kicks.

CM keeper, Hailey Swortwood earned 14 saves on the night for the Lady ‘Cats.

The loss drops Central Mountain to 0-5 overall, 0-4 in the PHAC.

The Lady Wildcats will travel to DuBois for a 12:30 p.m. game on Saturday, Sept. 14.
