Wildcats on the Road at Jersey Shore (Live Audio Stream)
JERSEY SHORE – It has been a busy month so far for the Central Mountain wrestling team, two mammoth tournaments and a dual meet already sandwiched in to the first couple weeks and now two more dual meets this Thursday and Friday, a Christmas break, then the annual Conestoga Valley tourney Friday and Saturday, Dec. 28 and 29.
Next up is the Thursday trip to Jersey Shore to take on a struggling Bulldog squad. ‘Shore is 0-1 in dual meets, losing last week to Shamokin by a 37-33 score, a dual meet with only seven bouts contested. Jersey Shore had wrestlers at only nine of the 14 weights. The Bulldogs are led by undefeated Hunter O’Connor, a Top Hat tourney champ and 4-year starter.
The record-online will offer live audio stream of the match with John Lipez and Tom Elling offering up the call to bring you all the action. The stream will go live approximately 15 minutes before the match begins. Keep in mind, if the junior high match runs long, it could delay the start of the high school varsity match.
