Battle Begins for King of the Mountain (Live Audio Stream)

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – It’s time once again for the venerable King of the Mountain tournament hosted by the Central Mountain High School wrestling program.

On all, over thirty teams from several states, including many state and regional medal winners from last season will be on hand this weekend for an early season test of their skills.

Wrestling opens with the first rounds to begin at 2 p.m. with Preliminary Round 1 followed directly with Consolation Round 1. Preliminary Round 2 will begin at 5:30 p.m. with Consolation Round 2 to follow. The doors open at 1 p.m.

The record-online will offer live audio stream coverage of the tournament beginning with Preliminary Round 2 along with updates from the early rounds. John Lipez and Tom Elling will offering up the call to bring you all the action. The stream will go live approximately 5:15 p.m.

We will post results for the Wildcat wrestlers below and there will be full brackets and results available on Flo Arena later today.
