Lady ‘Cat Soccer Falls to Williamsport, 4-1
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – The Lady Wildcats hosted Williamsport in another tough PSAC contest, falling to the Lady Millionaires, 4-1.
Williamsport built a 3-0 advantage by intermission keeping the Lady Wildcat offense off balance throughout.
The Lady Millionaires tacked on antlers goal about 10 minutes into the second period to hold a 4-0 lead.
Central Mountain would not go quietly and managed a goal of their own late in the game coming off the foot of Elizabeth Bottorf with 1:05 remaining in the contest.
Williamsport had a distinct offensive edge in the game with 11 shots on goal while the Lady ‘Cats managed on 2 shots on the night.
Central Mountain will next face Mifflinburg at Malinak Stadium on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018.
