Car Runs Into Dunkin’ Donuts; No Injuries Reported

LOCK HAVEN — The Bellefonte Avenue Dunkin’ Donuts was expected to reopen this afternoon after a mid-morning accident sent a vehicle inside the building’s southeast corner and briefly closed the business.

City police were continuing their investigation but witnesses said the driver was a female motorist passing through the area. While stopping at the restaurant her car traveled off the parking lot and into the building. Witnesses said the driver and her daughter who was a passenger escaped injury. Likewise no one inside the donut shop was injured.
