Wildcats fall to Selinsgrove 3-1
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – Central Mountain (3-3) had a tough road experience falling to Selinsgrove (5-2) 3-1 in PHAC action.
Bryce Wandell scored the Wildcats lone goal off a free kick at the 25:49 mark of the first period. to knot the score at 1-1 in the first period. Selinsgrove two more unanswered goals in the second period to sustain the win.
The Seals led in the other facets of the game as well with an 8-2 advantage in shots on goal and 3-0 in corner kicks.
CM keeper, Brody Baker had 3 saves to his credit in the game.
Central Mountain will have a few days off to recoup before they host neighboring rival, Jersey Shore on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016 at Malinak Stadium.
