Bucktail Rolls Over CV 5-0, Now 7-1

WESTFIELD- Bucktail’s tennis squad kept things rolling by posting their second win of 2025 over Cowanesque Valley. Similar to their previous win in Farwell, the Lady Bucks downed the Lady Indians by a 5-0 score.

Bucktail powered past CV in singles starting with a 6-1, 6-0 win from Eva Sockman over Cowanesque’s Marlena Burdick. Kendall Wagner rolled past Holly Peers 6-0, 6-1 before Lola English ran through Ella Reed 5-0, 6-0.

McKenna Bissman and Carrie Ditty downed Madisyn Sawyer and Lexi Brown 6-2, 6-0 in what was the only doubles contest of the match. Kelsie Wagner and Riley Salizzoni picked up a forfeit win in the second doubles match.

Bucktail moved to 7-1 on the season and will be back in Mid Penn Conference play on Thursday with a trip to Muncy.
