Obituary – Lois K. St. Clair
Lois K. St. Clair, 85, of Lock Haven, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025 at Lock Haven Rehab and Senior Living.
Born on September 15, 1939, in Lock Haven, Lois was the daughter of the late William A. Pringle, Jr. and Myrel C. Baker Pringle.
Lois was a 1959 alumna of Lock Haven High School and dedicated over 30 years of service as a Nurse’s Aide in Physical Therapy at Lock Haven Hospital, in addition to providing private duty care for residents of the area.
She was a member of Salona United Methodist Church, the Lock Haven Fraternal Order of Eagles, Lock Haven Sons of Italy, and the Lock Haven Doll Club, where she formerly held the position of president.
Lois held a fondness for travel, particularly to Branson, Missouri and Atlantic City, New Jersey. She enjoyed participating in parades with her father and sister, showcasing the Pringle Calliope Horse & Wagon Team.
Lois was predeceased by her husband, Rudy St. Clair.
She is survived by three sons: Wayne L. (Luann) Houtz of Jersey Shore, Keith P. Houtz of Lock Haven, and Toby L. Houtz of Mill Hall; five grandchildren: Chelsea Moyer, Joshua Houtz, Brittni Germello, Logan Houtz, and Mahlik Houtz; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, John W. Pringle, her sister, Barbara C. Duck of Mississippi, and her granddaughter, Chelsea Moyer.
Private services for Lois will be conducted at the convenience of her family.
