Geisinger Medical Center Muncy and Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital recognized for ER wait time, efficiency

MUNCY – Geisinger Medical Center Muncy and Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital received the Women’s Choice Award for 2025 Best Hospitals for Emergency Room Wait Time & Efficiency, highlighting the hospitals’ commitment to providing timely and efficient emergency care to the community. 

The Women’s Choice Award is a symbol of excellence in health care, identifying the best hospitals that prioritize the unique needs and preferences of women. The Muncy and Jersey Shore facilities’ recognition is based on rigorous criteria that include patient satisfaction, clinical excellence and timely care delivery.
