Commercial Burglary
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— Sometime between February 24 and February 28, 2025, unknown actor(s) broke into M&M Total Service, located at 200 Hogan Boulevard in Mill Hall. Once inside, the actor(s) stole a safe from a back room containing $2,000-$4,000 in cash, personal checkbooks, vehicle titles for personal and business use, a birth certificate, passport-related documents, and a social security card. Additionally, they accessed an employee’s desk drawer and took personal checks along with more than $300 in coins. The actor(s) then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact PSP Lamar at 570-726-6000.

Disorderly Conduct
COLEBROOK TOWNSHIP— On February 28, 2025, at around 9:30 a.m., witnesses observed 31-year-old Levi Vonada from Farrandsville on the back porch of his home. He was reportedly holding a white towel with what appeared to be dog feces on it. Vonada was observed shaking the towel and throwing the feces toward his neighbor’s property. It was later confirmed that dog feces had indeed been thrown onto the neighboring property. As a result, charges for Disorderly Conduct were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.

Disorderly Conduct
FLEMINGTON BOROUGH— On February 27, 2025, at approximately 3:10 p.m., Steven Eoute, 45, from Mill Hall, created an offensive condition that served no legitimate purpose in the area of James Street, according to the report issued by PSP Lamar. Eoute was charged with Disorderly Conduct through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01 as a result of the incident.

Harassment w/Physical Contact
AVIS BOROUGH— On February 26, 2025, at 6:21 p.m., PSP Lamar troopers were dispatched to E. Central Avenue for a domestic dispute. Upon the troopers’ arrival, it was discovered that a physical altercation had occurred between a 58-year-old male and a 60-year-old female, both from Avis. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01 as a result of the incident.

Theft
WAYNE TOWNSHIP— On February 25, 2025, troopers from PSP responded to Shoemaker Road to investigate a reported theft involving two individuals who share a legal residence. The report indicates that a television worth $250 was stolen. This investigation is ongoing.

Harassment w/Physical Contact
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On February 25, 2025, at 3:06 p.m., troopers from PSP Lamar investigated a reported harassment incident on Nittany Valley Drive. After investigating, they found no evidence to support the claims, and witness statements suggested that the incident did not occur. As a result, no charges were filed, and the harassment report was deemed unfounded.

Assault/Disorderly Conduct
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On February 24, 2025, at 3:04 p.m., troopers from PSP Lamar responded to Keystone Central Drive for a fight. The incident involved five minors and an 18-year-old male from Lock Haven, with one minor identified as a victim. A 59-year-old male was also a victim. PSP Lamar reported that five individuals were arrested as a result of the incident. Trooper Hall is leading the investigation.

Hit and Run
LOGAN TOWNSHIP— On February 24, 2025, a crash occurred involving 30-year-old Oleh Kavera from Beech Creek. Kavera was driving north on West Valley Road (SR-880) and approaching the intersection with Old Hill Road. He failed to stop at the posted stop sign and could not negotiate a right turn onto Old Hill Road, causing his vehicle to overturn. The vehicle flipped once before hitting a mailbox on the right side of the road and finally came to a stop. Kavera left the scene but was later interviewed at a different location. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.

Theft from Motor Vehicle
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On January 7, 2025, at approximately 6:19 p.m., a 24-year-old female from East Islip, NY, parked her 2021 Mazda CX-5 at the Pilot gas station on Nittany Valley Drive and went into the store after pumping gas. An unknown suspect(s) then smashed the rear passenger window of the vehicle and stole cash and a purse from the vehicle. This investigation continues.
